Adult Spanish Classes

***TUESDAY- MAY 15TH & MAY 21ST - JUNE 1ST (the entire 2 weeks) THERE WILL BE NO CLASSES***

Learning a 2nd language does NOT have to be difficult, tedious and intimidating! When the learning is affordable, fun and interactive, it can be so easy to begin using the 2nd language in your daily lives!

THIS CLASS IS VERY DIFFERENT AND INNOVATIVE. PARTICIPATION IS IMPORTANT.
COME AND BE READY FOR ANYTHING!!!

A little bit about the class:

• Uses songs with which we are all already familiar to enhance memory
• Interaction with games to get you on your feet and utilize different tools and resources
• Reading books to expand your vocabulary and expand your interactive dialogue
• Very repetitious – each week always reinforces the previous week’s learning and is repetitious with the material until there is mastery of that information.  This enhances learning & retention.  Once the conversation is learned, a progression of the language is introduced.  In just a few weeks you will be able to have an ear for Spanish and have a basic dialogue.  The fear of speaking will be gone.  There will be opportunities to practice what you learn in different aspects of your daily life throughout your participation of the class.

This class is highly concentrated on conversation.

How Long?

The class is 1 hour

How Much?

• $12.00 per class – pay as you go
• $55.00 for 5 classes – no attendance taken into account - $ subtracted only when you are there
• $180.00 for 4 months (17 weeks) - this is to attend class once a week – at end of “semester” will have the option to renew.  at end of semester, will not be able to make up any missed classes.
• $275.00 for 4 months (17 weeks) - this is to attend class on an unlimited basis.  any of my classes as many times of the week as you would like.  at end of “semester” will have the option to renew. at end of semester, will not be able to make up any missed classes.

 Where?

• Monday 6:30pm – Jewish Community Center (5023 Central Ave)                                                                            
• Tuesday 8:40am – YMCA (3200 1st Ave S)  
• Friday 7:30am – Faith Fellowship Church (6646 1st Ave S.)   

Note:  Classes close at 10 students.  If there is a class you would like to attend and it is closed, you may be put on a waiting list.
